Reservations 

Important to Know Before You Book Your Stay

Lobby Hours

Our lobby is open daily at 7:45 a.m. Sunday through Thursday we are open until 9:00 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays until 10:00 p.m.

If arriving after lobby hours, please call in advance for the late check-in procedure. We provide all guests with an after-hours emergency contact number.

Check-In

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm daily. During the Winter months, early check-in, especially on weekends is not generally available. If arriving after 8:00 pm, please give us a call at 715-848-2802 or email us at info@ribmountaininn.com so that we can arrange a late arrival procedure for you. 

Check-Out

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Complimentary Breakfast

We served a complimentary breakfast daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the lower level of the Inn. Breakfast items include bagels with cream cheese, toast, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, juices, and belgium waffles. 

Children

We do not have cribs, pack-n-plays, highchairs, or diaper-changing stations. All children, regardless of age, must be counted in the room occupancy. Please do not leave children unattended especially in fireside rooms. 

No Pets

We do not accommodate arrangements for pets including Emotional Support or Therapy animals. 

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 

Smoke Free

Our guest accommodations are 100% smoke-free. Smoking or vaping inside your room or on a patio or balcony will result in a $275 cleaning fee charged to your account.  There are designated smoking areas located in the front walkway and backyard area.​

Inappropriate Behavior

Harassing, bullying, fighting, or lewd and disruptive behavior with staff and/or other guests is not acceptable. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the property if these behaviors occur. 

Limited Accessiblity

Unfortunately, our property was not designed for individuals with handicap needs. We do not have elevators. Our Lobby and Breakfast area are in the lower level of the Inn. There are rooms located on the main floor of the Inn, however, these rooms were not designed with accessibility features. The bathrooms are equipped with a combination shower and deep bathtub. If you have specific questions regarding or require special considerations - please call us at 715-848-2802 to see if we can meet your needs. 

Parking

We have limited parking space available. Please do not park more than two vehicles per inn room and three per townhouse or villa. Trailers or extra-large vehicles need advanced approval for space accommodation. Please do not park in front of the garbage disposal corral. 

Deposit / Payment Methods

At this time, we do not require a deposit. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks or cash are not accepted for reservations. However, you may pay cash at arrival. The credit card on file may be used for any incidental and/or damages. 

Cancellation Policy

For townhouses and villas, we require a 14-day advance notice for cancellations. A full refund will be applied if canceled before the 14-day cancellation policy. 

Group Reservations

Please call 715-848-2802 directly for group reservations or multiple bookings. ​

Early Departure

In the event of early departure or check-out before the scheduled departure date, please notify the front desk before 11:00 a.m. and you may be eligible for a refund for unused nights.
