General Information & Policies For Ski Season

  • Winter rates effective November 17, 2007 - April 1, 2008
  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: 11:00 a.m. A late check-out fee will be charged for late departures.
  • 2 night minimum stay required for weekends during ski season.
  • 3 night minimum stay required during peak times.
  • Reservation Guarantee: First night deposit is required at time of reservation payable on a major credit card or advance payment. Remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of stay.
  • Reservation Cancellations:
    All reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will be entitled to complete refund of the deposit less $30 administrative fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive no refund unless rebooked.
  • NO CALL / NO SHOW reservations will receive NO REFUND.
  • Room rates are per unit per night.
  • Taxes: All rates are subject to 12.5% tax (5% state tax, .5% county tax and 5.5% city tax)
  • No Ski Packages available on weekends or peak dates.
  • Mid-week is defined as Sunday thru Thursday. Excludes holidays.
  • Weekend is defined as Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday.
  • Please observe our quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. out of respect for other guests.
  • Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Cash, Check or Money Order.
