Winter General Information and Policies

• Winter rates effective November 20, 2009- April 4, 2010
• Check-In: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• Check-Out: 11:00 am A late checkout fee will be charged for a late departure.
• Nightly minimums:
• 2 nights stay for weekends during ski season
• 3 night minimum peak season and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King, President’s Day, and Easter)
• Reservation Guarantee: First night deposit is required at time of reservation payable on major credit card or advance payment. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Reservation Cancellations: Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a complete refund less a $30.00 administration cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will no refund unless rebooked.
• NO CALL/NO SHOW reservations will receive NO REFUND.
• Room rates are per unit per night.
• Taxes: All rates are subject to 13 tax ( state, county and city tax).
• Restricted pet policy-please check with management for information
• No ski packages available on weekends or peak dates unless otherwise advertised.
• Mid-week is defined as Sunday thru Thursday. Excludes holidays.
• Weekend is defined as Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday.
• Please observe our quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am out of respect for the other guests.
• Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club/Carte Blanche, Cash, Check or Money Order.
