Granite Peak - It's a Whole New Ski Area

2004 -2005 The Largest Expansion - Ever - In the Midwest
is Now Complete!

During the past three years, Granite Peak has made some incredible progress. So much has changed, it really is a whole new ski area. Here's what you'll find this year at Granite Peak:

• Granite Peak now has 72 runs (including 58 new ones!)
• Amazing variety and terrain for ALL skill levels
• Four new chairlifts
• New High-Speed 6-Place Chairlift (the Midwest's longest)
• Less than 700 feet from our property
• Gorgeous new 10,000 sq. ft. chalet with two stone fireplaces
• New rental and ticket buildings
• More than 50 snowguns and 300+ snowsticks
• New Salomon Demo Center
• 1,500 New Salomon Skis & Snowboards
• New coffee, cappuccino, and dessert bar in the Historic Chalet
• New kitchen and restored stone fireplace in Historic Chalet

The expanded runs bring exciting new categories of terrain to this 700-foot mountain. New steep expert chutes, mile-long intermediate cruisers, wide-open beginner runs, and a half dozen skiing glades that wind through the forest.
